The 807 Club began back in 1957. At 2 a.m. on Sunday mornings because all the TV stations were off the air so no TVI Hi Hi! A station had to check in two Sundays in a row in order to get a certificate. The 807 Club went on for forty years on 3.780Mhz. then we move down to 3.755 because the Yankee's started to crowed us out because of band plan changes. We had over 500 members on the roster many of them are now Silent Keys. |
